Redosier or red-twig dogwood is a loose, spreading, multi-stemmed shrub growing 6-12 ft. tall. After a colorful autumn display, it will drop its leaves showing off its bright red twigs in winter. Clusters of white, flat-topped blossoms give way to umbrella-shaped clusters of pea-sized white berries.
Use in groupings or along a border in part shade with neutral soil pH and moist soils. An important basketry material used by indigenous peoples of North America.
The plant is 3-4' tall in a 2 gallon pot.
